Our story
Ten years in Bali
PT Lawang Jaya Mandiri took on its first job in Bali in 2016. The scale was small back then — renovations, private homes, interior work carried out directly by the core team.
What kept us going was not marketing but work finished as promised. One project recommended the next. From homes we moved into shophouses and commercial buildings. From commercial buildings we were trusted with steel construction for warehouses and industrial facilities.
Today our portfolio spans two ends of a spectrum rarely held by a single contractor: hospitality projects that demand fineness of detail, and industrial projects that demand structural precision. We do not see those as different things. Both ask for the same discipline — thorough planning, disciplined execution, and honest communication when something goes wrong.
Our name means door. Every project we build is a door for someone: into a new home, into a business about to open, into a facility that keeps an operation running. That is the responsibility we bring to every site.
